Registration Options for Non-Medical Partners and Family Members:

Add to Medical Partner’s Registration: Conference attendees can add their non-medical partners and family members during their own registration process. The corresponding fee of  $190  will be applied.

If you’ve already registered and wish to add your non-medical partner or family member, please email Colinda with their full name and email address.

Independent Registration as “Family/Non-Medical Partner MEMBER ($20)”: Non-medical partners and family members can also join as an SRPC member ($20) and register independently. The conference registration rate for partners is $170. 

Upon registration, partners will receive a name badge, providing access to conference spaces, including the exhibit hall. Partners are welcome to join for meals and coffee breaks, explore the conference area, and attend plenary and open sessions. Dedicated family networking sessions are also available. 


For Allied Health Professionals:

If your partner is an allied health professional, they must join as an SRPC Associate Member (or student or resident) and register independently.

Childcare

Childcare Services (0 – 12 years old)  – Complimentary On-Site during Conference Hours!

For those interested in our complimentary childcare services, please indicate your interest when you register for the conference Stacey  will follow up closer to the event for further information on your child(ren). 

As the event approaches, our dedicated childcare providers will send out a detailed email with essential information.  

The room will be conveniently located in the conference center. Parents are kindly requested to drop off their children after breakfast and pick them up for lunch. Children are welcome to join you in the main dining room for meals. Throughout the day, a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided. For children with special dietary needs, we recommend packing a small bag. 

Weather permitting and if age-appropriate, the childcare team may organize an enjoyable walk or outing to a nearby park or activity centre, adding an extra layer of fun to your child’s experience. Parents will be asked to sign their children up for any outings ahead of time. Rest assured, we’ve got the little ones covered, allowing you to make the most of your conference participation!
