Registration Options for Non-Medical Partners:
Add to Medical Partner’s Registration: Medical participants can add their non-medical partners during their own registration process. The corresponding fee of $160 will be applied.
If you’ve already registered and wish to add your non-medical partner, please send Jenna a request with their full name and a different email address for them.
Independent Registration as “Family/Non-Medical Partner MEMBER ($20)”: Non-medical partners can also register independently by first joining as a “Family/Non-Medical Partner MEMBER”. The rate is then $140 to complete their own registration.
Family/Non-Medical Partner Fee: $140 or $160 for those without a partner membership.
While this fee doesn’t fully cover convention center costs, it reflects our commitment to an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. This fee allows partners to expense their travel.
Upon registration, partners will receive a name badge, granting access to conference areas, including the exhibit hall. They can join for meals, coffee breaks, explore the conference area, and attend plenary and open sessions. Dedicated family networking sessions are also available.
For Allied Health Professionals:
Our partner is an allied health professional, they must join as an SRPC Associate Member (or student or resident) and register independently.

Childcare
Childcare Services – Complimentary On-Site during Conference Hours!
For those interested in our complimentary childcare services, please provide your child(ren)’s information either by including their names on your registration form or by submitting an email request to Jenna Ensure the email contains their full name, date of birth, any allergies, and comprehensive contact information, including names and cellphone numbers. Before reaching out, review your or your partner’s registration details. If the child(ren) are already listed there’s no need to duplicate.
As the event approaches, our dedicated childcare provider will send out a detailed email with essential information. We’ve arranged suites conveniently located for easy access to ensure a smooth experience for both parents and children.
Parents are kindly requested to drop off their children after breakfast and pick them up for lunch. Children are welcome to join you in the main dining room for meals. Throughout the day, a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided at the childcare suite. For children with special dietary needs, we recommend packing a small bag.
Weather permitting and if age-appropriate, the childcare team may organize an enjoyable walk or outing to a nearby park or activity centre, adding an extra layer of fun to your child’s experience. Parents will be asked to sign their children up for any outings ahead of time. Rest assured, we’ve got the little ones covered, allowing you to make the most of your conference participation!
