Breakfast and Registration are at 7:00 a.m. each morning. These are the recommended times, but we acknowledge that these are long days, so we leave the scheduling to your own discretion.

Lead Retrieval
The software is app-based, so there’s no need to rent any additional equipment. It integrates seamlessly with the Whova Conference app and includes post-conference reporting capabilities.
Crucial Information: Liability Insurance Policy
You will be required to carry your own event liability insurance policy. It is suggested that you have a 1 million or 2 million liability under the policy, which can be issued just for the period you participate in the event. If your organization has insurance, you can go through that company. If not, you may use this website to access liability insurance. We will require a copy of the insurance certificate.
