All event cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to <\/strong>billing@srpc.ca<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

15 Days or More – Full Refund<\/strong>
If cancellation notice is given 15 days or more prior to the event start date, a full refund will be granted, minus a $75 administrative fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 Days or Fewer \u2013 No Refund<\/strong>
No refunds will be issued for cancellations with 14 days or fewer notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposits<\/strong>
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to SRPC membership or donated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social Tickets<\/strong>
Social tickets are non-refundable but can be gifted to a student or resident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pending Registrations<\/strong>
Pending registrations are considered as “planning to attend” or “paying later.” Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. If you are no longer able to attend, we will cancel your registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No-Show Policy<\/strong>
No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, and all outstanding invoices must be paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Force Majeure Clause<\/strong>
