Registration Options for Non-Medical Partners and Family Members:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Add to Medical Partner\u2019s Registration:<\/strong> Medical participants can add their non-medical partners and family members during their own registration process. The corresponding fee of $160 will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve already registered and wish to add your non-medical partner or family member, please send\u00a0Jenn<\/a>a<\/a>\u00a0a request with their full name and a different email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Independent Registration as \u201cFamily\/Non-Medical Partner MEMBER ($20)\u201d:<\/strong> Non-medical partners and family members can also register independently by first joining\u00a0as a \u201cFamily\/Non-Medical Partner MEMBER\u201d. The\u00a0rate is then $140 to complete their registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family\/Non-Medical Partner Fee: $140 or $160 for those without a partner membership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this fee doesn\u2019t fully cover convention center costs, it reflects our commitment to an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. This fee allows partners to expense their travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon registration, partners will receive a name badge, granting access to conference areas, including the exhibit hall. They can join for meals, coffee breaks, explore the conference area, and attend plenary and open sessions. Dedicated family networking sessions are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Allied Health Professionals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our partner is an allied health professional, they must join as an SRPC Associate Member<\/strong> (or student or resident) and register independently.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Childcare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Childcare Services<\/strong> (0 – 12 years old) <\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Complimentary On-Site during Conference Hours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13 + years old can register as a family member<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those interested in our complimentary childcare services, please provide your child(ren)\u2019s information either by including their names on your registration form or by submitting an email request to Jenna<\/a> Ensure the email contains their full name, date of birth, any allergies, and comprehensive contact information, including names and cellphone numbers. Before reaching out, review your or your partner\u2019s registration details. If the child(ren) are already listed there\u2019s no need to duplicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the event approaches, our dedicated childcare provider will send out a detailed email with essential information. We\u2019ve arranged suites conveniently located for easy access to ensure a smooth experience for both parents and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parents are kindly requested to drop off their children after breakfast and pick them up for lunch. Children are welcome to join you in the main dining room for meals. Throughout the day, a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided at the childcare suite. For children with special dietary needs, we recommend packing a small bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weather permitting and if age-appropriate, the childcare team may organize an enjoyable walk or outing to a nearby park or activity centre, adding an extra layer of fun to your child\u2019s experience. Parents will be asked to sign their children up for any outings ahead of time. Rest assured, we\u2019ve got the little ones covered, allowing you to make the most of your conference participation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
